I found the rooms to be large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered many options. The service was great (the staff were attentive to every need).
I noticed a few minor stains on the carpet.

I found the gym equipment partially broken. Some machines were out of service, quite inconvenient. several pieces of equipment were marked as 'out of order'. i expected all facilities to be fully functional.

i wasn't given the bed size i booked. the wi-fi was unusable because of the low signal! they couldn't provide a simple wi-fi extender. the manager said they only have queen size beds.

I stayed here and found the staff helpful (especially with directions!). the breakfast buffet had so many delicious options and the fluffy bathrobes were a nice touch. the location is super convenient, just a quick 15-minute ride from the airport. I never waited long.
The tv could use a few more english channels. There wasn't much variety.

The breakfast had endless options. I particularly enjoyed the beef pho every morning. I walked to a local market from the hotel and discovered local restaurants.
I did not like the smell inside the room. It was not a fresh smell. I booked a room with a big bed, but i received a room with separated beds.
